In today's society, misunderstandings and biases about mental illnesses like depression limit how people see themselves. Despite increased awareness and efforts to advocate for mental health, art that explores mental scars hasn't fully challenged these narrow views of identity.
This raises doubts about how effective art can be in changing cultural beliefs, fighting stereotypes, and creating a more accepting view of identity for those dealing with mental health issues. Depression has been a pervasive force in my life, an emotional landscape I struggled to articulate for years.

In this project, I endeavor not only to capture the essence of these internal battles, a visualization of the mental pain a person goes through. but also to create a space where individuals can recognize their own narratives and find solace, unity, and the reassurance that they are not alone in their journey toward healing.
